Water Rides

Horizon Three Industries is proud to present these seven Innovative New Water Rides. We have developed these new concepts to give the water park industry something new and exciting. Several of our new rides are highly interactive and or competitive, challenging rider’s skill levels and encouraging them to return to perfect their skills.

All rides have met all preliminary design, engineering and safety criteria, and are ready for launching. One of these rides may be of interest; however, this sampling may stimulate your interest in another approach completely different than those illustrated here. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to develop your ideas.

Geyser Gunner

Be the first team to ride a water geyser to the top while battling other teams with high volume water guns. Concentrating the water gun spray on a central target makes the geyser raise your team. Fire on other teams to keep them from rising high.

Soaker Swing

You’re the pilot, and you have total control! Interactively operated water jets give riders complete control over this high thrill experience. Work together as a team to swing higher, and then pull the lever to spin faster and faster. The faster you spin, the wetter you get.

Whitewater Boat Race

Track-mounted, single person boats race each other on a jet of high pressure water controlled by the rider. The finish line is made up of a water curtain that parts for the winner but not the other contestants.

Geothermal Challenge

Complete the geothermal challenge games and ride Old Faithful geyser as a reward. Ideal for younger guests, the attraction provides games and fun activities in a water-rich environment. Once complete with the maze of activities, the guest sits on a carved rock that plugs up Old Faithful and it erupts with a frothy column of water, which raises the rock and guest as if floating on the geyser of water.

Tipping Tubs

Rocking tubs slosh the guest back and forth until it is too much and the tub tips over spilling the guests into another tub. Each tub is bigger than the one above, and the splash and spray builds to a mighty deluge by the time the guest reaches the landing pool.

The Ski Machine

Who needs a boat? Using a patented high-speed water flow in a special pool, the skier is towed by a virtual boat on a big LED screen. For slalom skiers, virtual buoys are fed into the pool for making the turns. A skier may select his own video of the boat and location of his run as well as choose the boat speed and course.

The Accelerator

Get launched from the ride in a trough of water as the tower reaches top speed and the acceleration kicks in. Experienced riders will be able to perform elaborate dives doing flips, twists, rolls and jumps.
